Character Modeller - London
[FONT="]Absolutely Cuckoo are a creative South London based character design and animation studio. We specialise in 2D and 3D character and puppet design for childrens TV, commercials and short films. We created Waybuloo and currently have a number of new projects in or going into production.[/FONT]

The successful applicant will be working in a small team designing and creating a unique and inspiring characters for our new childrens 52 x 7 minute show, Wissper, which will air daily on Channel 5′s Milkshake from summer 2015.[/FONT]

[FONT="]This is a great opportunity to have creative input into a project that will be seen worldwide.[/FONT]
[FONT="][/FONT][FONT="][/FONT]
[FONT="]The successful applicant will already have solid industry experience in creating animation ready cartoon style humans and animals. Experience working on preproduction pipelines for similar sized projects will be a massive advantage because they will be providing models to our animation partner studio and adhering to their modelling requirements - specifically in regard to facial geometry and polygon flow.[/FONT]
[FONT="][/FONT][FONT="][/FONT]
[FONT="]But most importantly, the ideal candidate will have imagination, traditional artistic ability and the technical skills to be able to apply their ideas beautifully to the screen.[/FONT]
[FONT="][/FONT][FONT="][/FONT]
[FONT="]An excellent knowledge of all aspects of Maya is essential. Experience with Zbrush and Adobe software is also advantageous.[/FONT]
[FONT="][/FONT][FONT="][/FONT]
[FONT="]The ability to take direction and communicate well with the whole team is essential as the workflow is open to regular feedback.[/FONT]
