[WIP] Original Nostromo Bridge

Ok Polycount, I thought I'd try my chances on here, I have 15 insignificant posts on this site but this is hopefully going to be my biggest one. Please don't bite :).

Anyway, I'm roughly recreating the bridge from the Nostromo from Alien. The concept art wasn't used due to their budget constraints but I thought I'd give it a crack - especially given the recent release of Alien: Isolation.

Anyway, here's where I'm at:

One thing I would love some advice on is scene management, what parts should I be baking and what parts should not have much space? The thing which I can't seem to tackle with UE4 and games engines (since this is my first serious time I've tackled a games engine) is managing texture space and so forth - what needs what? I'd love some help in that area :)
