The batching process uses the current project settings as has been specified in the Base Creator and Exporter modules.
To ensure a custom or stock preset is applied during the batching process, simply open the Base Creator, and change the "Clean Grey Preset" dropdown to the preset of your choice. Create your project to ensure everything looks as desired. If there is room for improvement, make any necessary tweaks and re-save the preset.
Now run the batcher! It always uses the most current preset and generation settings configured in DDO.

Kilik - sorry for confusion, you only have to set the settings and close the base creator for them to take affect, the project needs to generatied. The most likely reason for your project being blank is because it doesnt seem that you dont have a color-map inputed, therefore no materials can be created.
Also on a side not there seems to an issue with your file name, pertaining to your source control.

if i replace Default Materials.xml is rewrite by default value
