I think you can add more bevels tho for the high poly. I.E. The weels are like seperate two layers of plating on top of eachother. The inside of the wheel is also more like one mesh bended together, not seperate pieces (Which is nice practise for high poly modelling). (the weels can be a bit rounder too in ur low poly) I think ur blockout is nice but u can go a lot further with this Keep it up!
same Idea: dont save your poly on the big and prominent parts like the wheels.
by the way, you might look for a more appealing way of rendering your highpolys. readability isnt too good now either.

Progress on the low. I thing I hindered myself by letting turbosmooth do most of the work on the Highpoly, now I have a lot of detail to add.
I'm having trouble giving my wood the varnished look that the reference has.
