@TeriyakiStyle thank. You are absolutely right @CocoaCup thank you :thumbup: @Shanteez thank you. I thought he is athletic enough, but now I may be given him more cardio training @Waterbear thank you. I wanted his leg a tiny bit short. I thought shorter legs is better for top down view games.
Looking good !
I must say I can't disagree with the cheese comments. It's not so much of a problem on the shield but if you look at your reference, the holes are not perfect circles. Maybe you could try to make squarish or triangular holes to make them look more like actual damage made bit the point of a blade.
However, on the armor the holes Really make it looks like cheese... I guess the impacts should rip and slide on the armor, leaving scratches with different deepness.
Also I understand that you want to texture the shield in symmetry for uv space, but at the moment the symmetrical damage looks a bit weird at the axis. You could work around the axis in an asymmetrical way while keeping the side symmetrical, and on the uv split the shield in 3, an asymmetrical center with symmetrical borders, and two symmetrical sides superposed in the uv.
I'm not sure if I'm clear, my english is not so good...
This is looking cool man. I think you have too many holes, but if you paint them out or the smaller ones very subtle it should not be too distracting. I also think he could benefit from having larger feet.
@Abrvpt thanks for the tip about a shield. i think i'll do like you say. In League of Legends so many different thing can be shot at hero: magic, arrows, bullets. not just blades. I wanted to show that Pantheon feel and go through all this stuff:) Dont' worry my english even worse than yours.
@Skyerzz thanks, man. Actually i don't like big feet on original Pantheon skin. I oriented on proportions of "Dragonslayer Pantheon" model.
I love the shield actually. I see what you mean with the cheese, but I disagree with it needing model changes, I think once you put a nice shine on it and really give it that metal pop, It's going to look fantastic.
Looking great man xD I wish I spend more time on the UVs, your UVs look very economical. But I thought the deadline was 2 days ago, so I crunched a lot and had to send it in the at the state I could upload it.
@Dan! thank you @Rambo4you thanks. Still there are time to deadline. I know how it's difficult, but you can re doing some stuff:) @DmitryGrebenkov thank you. i am glad you like. @art.Rishabh thanks @Chantel-sky thank you. Packing all UVs is a real puzzle:) @vAp thank you.
this isn't fair haha. I saying this is so awesome for every thread and then I see more awesome stuff! This is looking so dope and I would totally play this skin.
@zzMedVeDzz thank you @Nakedbuddha thanks. Original Pantheon model has shorter legs. i am oriented on his proportions @art.Rishabh thank you. that was xNormal @D_Wall thank you. I feel same way, when i see other peoples threads:)
More progress. i think i almost done. just quick pose
@Avenger84 thank you @D_Wall thank you. We just need more practicing and art will be better. @Aleksandra Kosenko thanks @Heat3d спасибо) @Kraken thank you. Texturing a metal is harder than i thought:)
Sketchfab test. Now i am planning to create some presentation pictures.

New update. this is not final colors, just material IDs, and i decided to remove tail
Suddenly I discover that Pantheon hold his shield in right arm and spear in left. So I mirror some parts.
@Dantert thank you
I guess hi poly done. Now goes most interesting part - retopology:poly121:
@Jager thanks guys
after i submit wip pictures, i am waited for comments about cheese. I wanted to create something like this, but more exaggerated.
I guess this doesn't work, so i'll make little less holes.
