[Riot Art Contest] -- Nocturne
I'm going to do a redesign of Nocturne, the Eternal Nightmare. Still not exactly sure where it's heading yet, but the general idea so far is a pseudo surrealist nocturne integrated into an evening environment with throngs of people walking into him.
Also, the competition specifies 3000 px wide at least, yet the attachment window dictates that only images of < 2048 are accepted. Will there be an exception to this for final submissions?
