Some interesting design choices on that guy. As we're in the 2D forum I'll only critique the concept drawing. I would say that the various shapes are kind of competing with one another. You have an ergonomic focus in the hand and thumb grip, but then immediately switch over to a more hard edge design on the finger guard in the front. You also have a set of lines on the upper back indicating a textured slide-pull for the loading rack, similar to a pistol, but then you've also included a side mounted breach pull.
Overall the gun feels kitbashed out of a bunch of different parts that don't have any relation to one another, which is fine when they gel together, but they really arent here. The snap button stow for the sling feels especially weird.
You could probably strengthen the design by reducing some of the panel frames and screws, dropping the belt, and making the various different parts you have included focus on what their real world application might be.
Final model looks very nice by the way, though reducing the number of times you use the red spot color would probably make it feel more cohesive.
