Here I'm gonna show you my process of Miss Fortune. Decided to stick with her original version.

It's still raw and veeery simple but I just started. I usually go a realistic way but I'll problably bring it a little cartoonish style.

Please, feel free to critique and give suggestions.

Not a big update yet. Spent too much time on the face and I'm not thaat fast soo...

Looks pretty nice. I feel like there may be a little too much open space compositionally on the deck of the ship though. Were you planning on putting anything there? If you don't want to adjust the format, perhaps just some ropes and things for detail. In fact, some coiled ropes could be used as excellent eye leads.

I agree. I'm not very good at backgroud and composition stuff. But I was thinking on fill that space later, just didn't know how. So thanks for the tips.

Little update from yesterday. Adding textures and textures.

Few changes on the face and finishing the skin. Idk why but her right arm looks wierd and dont know how to fix it. Also put some barrels and boxes as foreground to try to lead the eyes to her.

Critiques always welcomed.

Love the look you are giving her! Though, personally I would try to switch the dominating leg/arm. Since Miss fortune seems to be a sexualized character (lol) maybe add some sass to her pose and push out her hip as well?

Yeah, I'm not that good with poses but I'm currently working on that. I was thinking about inverting the legs, the right steping foward instead of the left. Anyway, here's a little update.

I used this site http://hmp.me/# to host the image and then when posting clicked on Inset Image, just below Attachments, and copied the link there. ;d
