SOLVED: Highpoly Workflow

Hi folks,
yeah i know that there already exist some post about Highpoly Pipeline for Quixel. But only little parts and hints. I tried to get it work for several days now, to export a model from 3ds max and use it in DDO correctly.

Can anyone post a quick overview or smth. how you get it done?
Like some use xNormal, some don't. You can bake a cavity map and a Dirtmap (?).
