Hi, I took an environment art class this semester and we choose a concept art, trying to make a 3D environment in Unreal 4.

Here is what I have now
I create the terrain from Unreal 4 and export it into Maya, making all models in Maya. Now I am learning to use zBrush to create the rocks and stairs.
I am wondering how to make the main house, I should model all the details in the main house or I should do like other side houses, just do the shape of the house and make the details in the texture?
