Modo - Dynamic - how to store simulated results ?

So I setup my self nice cloth simulation to create cover for stall.
It all looks nice and neat, but I want to result to be stored, when I go back to model tab, so I can modify it and then export it.
But the moment I go back to model, my simulated mesh, looks like before simulation (flat plane).
My setup is simple. I have to mesh objects. One is stall and one is cloth. Cloth is Dynamic Soft Body and stall is Static Rigid Body for collision.
Any ideas ?
