Sidescroller Chase Scene Challenge

My team and I would like to share a school project that we had to complete in a span of 7 weeks. This project was made at National Art and Design (NAD) center in Montreal Canada.

Our goal was to create a side scroller depicting an atmospheric fantasy setting involving mysterious beings. We had a great learning experience using Unreal Engine 4 for the first time on a large project, and we would love to have your feedback.

Enjoy :) !

This is quite cool in fact! Especially for a school project.

The only thing I disliked was foreground objects between the hero and the camera. They appear too often and take too much of screen space, very annoying.

I agree with unit about the foreground objects simply because the camera is always so close on the player that you don't get a chance to see them coming they kind of just flash in front of the screen.

However, The overall aesthetic of the game works well and is nice and consistent. Props to the Edwin on the visual direction!
