The chest/stomach area is looking a little to long. In the reference the character is about 3 heads tall. Try to get the shape and size of the head down first and then use that to figure out the proportions for the rest of the body. You've definitely got a good start for begin new to zbrush though. Just stay in the low subdivisions till you are happy with the proportions. It'll make life much easier.
This is my first 3D competition, so it is more about getting experiance. Here is some things I learned:
- ZBrush sculpting
- basics of retopology
- cross prog-s work
- game character pipeline
- basics about UVs space (>_<)
- basics about hand painting (>_<)

This is my first retop ever, so I dont know is it OK or not =(
I never draw textures by hand, so I must say it went much better, than I expected and than it should be)
UVs are not optimal and I will leave them as is, but I understood why people are packing their map so hard.
