Sorry to say, but the first image you posted is from another game, not Azir from League of Legends. You may want to change it, if you're using elements from their character. Also you can create your own armour, but do not directly copy it from an existing concept.

Here's an update: detailing and polishing his armor (arms,shoulder). the details were not finish, but i just want to see how it looks on him. Im thinking to use the same kind of texture like Gilberto Magno Character. Adding Noise into the metal, to look it more like an old armor.

The colors' were just a tests.
