SOLVED: Quixel Suite license problem

hey guys,
I bought the license for the quixel suite when it was on beta but for some reason the license key is not working when insatlling the 1.5 version ???

When i installed the lastest version, i have days counting until i need a purchase or a key.

I don't even know where to enter my previous license key! I bought the suite before it went to beta and I have 2 separate license for NDo and Ddo. So what do I do? Any help would be appreciated.

UPDATE: So I found out that you'd need to contact their support team and send them your order information, invoice and whatnot. It's confirm by teddy that if you purchased the suite before the beta phase, you'd get a free upgrade. I'm just waiting to hear back from them.

UPDATE 2: I was able to log on after resetting my password for Quixel's website and got my license numbers for upgrade. Problem solved! Thank you.

I was able to log into quixel, and for both ndo and ddo, i went to register and when i clicked on my authorization code, it was automagically inputed. Had to be logged in. Then i re registered my account i guess.

All I did was I found the email that was sent when I bought the suite when it was in beta. I copied the the license key from there and then I clicked on the line where you enter the key and it appeared. Not really sure why its not working for you.

Hi all !

It's the same problem for me .
When i push "activate over the internet" it doesn't work.
I just reinitialize my windows to put my new windows 8.1 and the software think that i have another machine running my license, which is not true...

I'm having issues with the Licence.. gives two Keys. I pre order the SUITE and I cant Activate.

I am still having such issue with version 1.6 after activated keys on version 1.4.
