Looks like a cool competition, can't wait to see what everyone does! New to the forum, mainly just as a good excuse to animate something other than kids tv characters! 
I've gone with the idea of a young, energetic female character with a circular blade in the same fashion as a hula hoop, so her attack will feature some sort of hula hoop inspired tricks.
Here's what I have of the walk cycle so far. Very basic, just trying to get the energy right.

The hosting sites usually have embed links
Seems I misunderstood the rules! I thought the rules were to create a unique character and animate in the style of LoL. Now it reads more as you pick an existing champion and then create a new attack and cycle based on their personality. Guess I'll need to change this!
I havn't played with alot of LoL characters, so I thought she might be one of them
PS - So far I found out that only vemio clips can be embedded here
