Anger and angles
So I have a simple question. I am working on a tire tread:
Its going pretty well so far but I goofed a bit. These center bits are supposed to have a 15 -20 degree angle on the sides of them..
If you look at the wire frame you will see the issue I am having. I have already added my supporting loops and such. How might I go about making that angle easily? Perhaps the best option is to make new segments? I run into issues such as these rather often and I am wondering if there is a way to save myself.

Blockout the overall shapes and forms first, only adding edgeloops when that's complete?
As to getting this where you want it, you could get more help if you show what it's supposed to look like.
