I'm not going to change up the halberd much, I think it's pretty solid. I need to do some texture changes, and maybe some UV map adjustments.
My main focus will be on the helmet.
Here is it's current state.
I think I will give the general design an overhaul. I decided it is probably best to nix the squid shaped head. I did some rough concept modeling tonight. Changed the head to be more traditionally shaped and the front to hopefully be more interesting. I will be adding more rivets and other construction elements than the original to make it look more authentically hand-made

I worked on the handle texture and uv's of the halberd
