I like the general Idea that you are going for here, and it have potential to be really great. although I feel the hands are a little too big. "BIG" as in it's just scaled up instead of actually having foreshortening. looking at the feet, they are not pointing corectly either. it feels almost like tiny feet hanging there.
your colors look like they were cropped out of iron man picture references... I'm not accusing you of doing this, but your images and color scheme is just too similar. you almost didnt noticed the yellow on the hand until you compare the images >.>
Thanks for comment but... blitzs have small legs and big big hands, so... in this position scale is good. Ofc i saw this gold colour on hands, but its IRON blitz, so he should be similar but not the same I will be working on this blitzcrank yet, so i'll try to change sth
doesn't look like a drawing to me but more like a photoshop of many iron man picture and blitzcrank... pretty sure this is against riot law since their criteria of judging is your painting skill not your ability to photoshoped...
