Haha, awesome my friend! I'm wondering if all the microdetail overlay is too much? I like it but might be a tad noisy from a distance? or it might just not read at a distance which would be fine too! Not sure but an excellent job nonetheless.
Love it! Plenty of time to do a run cycle animation now! (I really hope you have time to pull that of because that would be awesome!)
The only little thing that I would try would be to put more saturation in your occlusion/lighting maps. On the fish especially, the bottom looks very dark and desaturated.
@ Goldo_O : ahahah.... animate... I wish.... I am pretty over it now. I posed him in ZBrush because I could not be bothered rigging and skinning him....Just like everything else I might go back to it for that. OR post it up and let other people do the work for me...coz I am SUPER lazy.:(

Honestly, this is probably the best entry thus far. I would actually play as this character. I feel like the goldfish should have large pupils, but I could be completely wrong about that.

Decided to go for the bigger eyes on the fish and made a few texture tweeks.
Still open to crits and comments but unless there is anything crazy wrong I think I might wrap it up.

Are you going to make a sheet for your Zbrush sculpt as well? It was looking fantastic with the black shiny material on the hammer head eyes.

Great job once again man. Reads really well too. I had a question about something you suggested on my character. Not sure if you remember but you suggested adding subsurface and also reds. The reds I have subtly but I can always add more so that part I get. When you said subsurface, were you referring to more red like translucency or cooler colors on the face? Sorry to derail your thread man...just wanted to clarify since I take your feedback seriously!

You already know my opinion on the matter, but here it is again: of course you should include your HR sheet, why not? It's where your awesome model is coming from, and these shiny materials in the eyes are giving an extra flavour!
The front view is a bit hard to read though, maybe a backlight would help to stick out from the background?
