Hy everyone.
I'm going to work on Heimerdinger, the inventor.

At first I start with a Tank composition. But it was too close from an original illustration.

So, now I'm working on a new one: Nuclear Heimerdinger

Time to color:
At first it's Heimerdinger's colors and the background next.

I really need to learn how to deal with the hair.
I'm trying two way for them: The overcrowded mustache or the smooth hairstyle.
Maybe a mixt of them. Still testing/thinking on it.
If you've got some advices I'll be happy to read them

I'm a litlle afraid by the background.
I use to be not really friendly with them.

Today I realise that I was too close to an original Riot's Heimerdinger illustration.
I was just focusing on the nuclear pass.

So i change for a new one:
Heimerdinger, the army and massiv destruction inventor"

For the BG:
The orange nuclear clouds it s just for the position.
I m still thinking about the full BG.

New update:
Background.

At first I wanted to put him on a battlefield or in a desert for nuclear testing.
But I wasn't happy on these ideas.
So I'm working on a XX century old city.

New update on the color and hard line for the town, color wishes for the sky.

I need to put some blur, work on the sky and put a robot dog with him.

I like the immobilise way. I'll try to increase it with some chimney's cloud in the back. Maybe a little sepia ambiance to refer to old family pictures.
