You should work with several subtools instead of sculpting everything from one.
You could for instance work oh the arms with 3 parts for each (arm, forearm, hand), same for legs (two parts + foot), top torso, belly, pelvis, neck, head, teeth, eyes...
By working with many subtools you'll be able to achieve a really high level of detail in each one of them and you will be able to get the perfect shape you want easily.
Your proportions are kinda good though, I would suggest you start over with many subtools and get every shape clean, following this model's proportions.

I hope it helps you understanding this workflow. Hold on, the most important thing is to use your eyes and observe anatomy references and understand how things works.
Same thing for clothes, you don't wanna sculpt clothes on your character like you would use a cutter to cut their skin. Using the "extract" button in Zbrush to extract a "masked" (ctrl + paint) area can already give you a base for clothes.
