I like the new face a lot more! I think the harsher features make her look more badass and less like a perfect model who shouldn't be on the battlefield
Face looks ace... looks like an awesome blend of the features from the softer cuter face and some of the harder more refined angles of the harsher face..... perfect
Easily one of my favorite characters of the comp. Pretty pumped to see what comes next.
Hi everyone! Thank you for feedback! Duncan, I love your gif's))
Well, I working on retopology in the moment... And I think I stuck on it. So many details on the model. I'm not sure how to project all of them on texture :poly124:
low poly looking clean so far! If you want to model more of your pieces, I can see a lot of loops in your mesh that aren't necessary which should give you more room in your poly count. What is her count right now?
awesome job, can't wait to see it with the normals. You have probably noticed already, but don't forget to add padding to your bake, it can be added afterward in photoshop. (with xnormal dilation modifier)
Thank you! Added some base colors. @wzio Thx for advice! I tried to do that, but still can't rid of black outlines.
I have a problem when I try to add paddint with help of xNormal plugin. It adds black padding instead of colors.
Looking really good per usual. I assume the skin is still WIP but the shadows look very desaturated and grey as opposed to being just darker skin tones. This is really gonna be awesome when your done!
hey,hey,hey.
Looking ace. That face is pure awesome!. Like Slosh said I am sure you are going to get to this but I bored this morning.
I was lucky that I was able to post this up for you. but All I really did was up the saturation of the skin a bit and add colour and warmth to your AO. I also flattened her bellybutton a bit. I probably pushed it a bit too far and it is not great but here it is
Great update! I have to agree with Duncan...keep pushing the reds in the shadows on the skin! Also, the head is slightly different in value and saturation then the rest of the skin.
Only because there is heaps of time left. I think her face is looking a little yellow next to her body. I would pump some reds into her face.
Add some shine to her hair.
also
While I really dig the pose I think our Screen Left (her right leg) has a strange twist in it which is making her pose look a little weak....easiest thing to do so far as I can see is twist her screen left foot in about 10 degrees? and I think that will ground her a little more and give her some strength back.
I am so pumped to see her finished. She is truly awesome and I am pretty sure she will do well in the judging.

If you want to make character in hand-painted technique it will be usefull for you. It's a old tutorial by DaphZ about it.

regarding dilation, you just need to expand pixel selection by 1-2 if it still gives black outlines
I made a small tut :

@wizo oh, thanks a lot!! Now it's clear!

But she looks really nice
I wish I had this level
I agree with the hair looking a tid bit flat. The rest is amazing.
