mikk-tspace SD 4.5.1

So I wanted to try the new Mikk-Tspace plugin in SD 4.5 to see if it sync. In the Preferences>Projects>3D Scenes - I load the DLL, hit apply and OK. Load in a FBX apply a normal doesn't look sync at all. So I check my preference again, it seem SD can't find the file, got a red X with "File not found" and it pointed to a different directory"file:../../../../../../../Program Files/Allegorithmic/Substance/Designer/4.x/plugins/tangentspace/mikktspace.dll"
If set it to Unity it saves the preference just fine. Any ideas whats causing this is there a file I can edit? I tried uninstalling/reinstall didn't make a different. I'm running SD 4.5.1
