Product Registration Problem

Above you can see the product registration window. I have purchased a license for dDO, but I have no idea what other information it requires. The two upper boxes do have labels as far as I can tell, but the text matches the backdrop, making the upper box's label impossible to read. The middle box I have determined to say Organization. I assume the upper box is for my name, but I can't be for certain.

What information do I enter into the topmost box?

I'm not sure why the image isn't showing, either. The link should take you to it, though.

You don't need to enter anything in the top 2 boxes. Just paste in your registration serial for NDO and/or DDO on the bottom. When I tried to fill out all 3 boxes (I assumed the top one is for your name) registration failed but when I just filled in the serial info only it went thru fine.

Well, it only pops up for me when I update.

Same here, just install the new update and the registration popup and don't recognize my license

I'm getting product activation every time I launch the program too

Really sorry about this guys! We're currently looking into the cause with our third party license developer, and are hoping to get this fixed very shortly. Big thanks for the reports.

I'm getting this same issue. It seems like it goes through activation when I enter the info but opens as the free light/disabled version. And after reopening it always comes up with expired trial indication and the prod activation again.
