Very nice and clean, maybe a bit too clean? Perhaps those medium shapes could be defined just a bit more, for a better bake if anything.

Exactly, what is the exact o approx, limit between clean model and detailed, for this kind of games? some links with examples? no personal tastes please, but really a guide to follow

due to gaming...I didn't get as much done as I wanted to this weekend. I managed to get the topology done and the textures started
its very rough but here is how she is looking. She is sitting at 7k tris, with the mount and her weapon I'm aiming for 15k tris total. I will post up wireframes later.
The competition is Real. I really like your art work, and I'm so intimidated by this awesome-ness. The shapes from a top down view work well together. Looking forward to the icy Bits.
So im starting a new sculpt and i wonder how do u make does lines around the charecters? You know, those lines that make the charecter look more cartoonish. Ohhh im wotking in zbrush
@JayCool Most of the time I dont even do bakes, I just fully paint my AO in 3dCoat. Sometimes I will use Calc Occlusion in 3Dcoat to give me a base to work with for painting AO.

Here is an update on how she is looking! I still have tons to do but this is my favorite part
I felt her eyes were a little too big so I shrunk them down a bit, I might still need to shrink them a tad more. Looking back at my sculpt of her mount, I think I will shrink his eyes.
I did a little more texture work this evening, I also adjusted her helmet geo so it is not as big now. The textures are far from finished but I think I will move onto her mount for now.
I have been a bit busy with other projects so I didn't have as much time as I wanted to work on my LOL contest. I managed to get the retop done for the mount and started painting in the values. I made minor tweaks to Sejuanis textures and geo and I still have lots to do with her textures. She is far from complete.

I didn't have much time this weekend to focus on these guys but I have more time now! Still lots of refinement and value adjustments to do... I'm thinking I will pose Sejuani sitting on her mount soon so I can see if any texture changes need to be made.
@slosh Hey thanks for the suggestion. I added a little warmth to her skin and ever so slightly to her armor. I think she looks much better now. Right now I have her and the mount on separate maps. I believe the rules say you are only allowed 1x 2k map so I will be combining them into one 2048x2048 map soon.
Really? I thought i read that characters with 2 entities like annie and tibbers could have separate textures:
"If you choose to do a character that has a clone, you may use two sheets. If you can do it in one we will notice. Shaco boxes should be on the same sheet as the main character. For zyra plants, if you can fit them all on one 512x512 through judicious use of uv space that would work. Keep in mind you have been given a 2048x2048 texture sheet. Fit as much as you can on there. But for the myriad of champions that have clones, mounts or tibbers, a separate texture sheet will be understood by the judges. The thing we are looking for is you did your best and are smart about your u.v.w maps."

I think the ice giants in WoW do a pretty good job of pushing the warmth into the furs. It works really well to push the contrast.

If you haven't yet you should make a tutorial about how you approach your textures. I do gotta point out that the shadow on the fur under her shoulder pads feels like it needs more dark values as it gets closer to the armor.

I think the skintone is just right and fits your concept.
