Big Gun Harness could look better if slanted slightly, would make the clothing look more functionable, do a side view so the details look more clear and also her right arm looks a bit empty. The skirt and coat idea is too conflicting and it might not look that good together... they are almost like two separate ideas trying to fit together and the clash of the skirt and coat does not seem like a good idea to me. Either the skirt would be constrained/constricted by the coat or the coat would have a wierd shape with the skirt under. Try to make the clothing look functionable on the character, you probably have alot of ideas but don't combine them like that because they won't all work together. Best of luck though.
Appreciate the feedback. I was on the fence about the skirt, but figured it could be unique. But now you've said that it does conflict with the coat. Still playing with the harness and think I'm going to rework the colors too.
Finally recovered from a local 48 hour game jam this weekend. Got some work done. Mainly added in the hair and readjusted some proportions accordingly. Feel she's in a much better place now.
Starting to get some of her clothing blocked in. Changed up some of her clothing a bit. Dropped the skirt and took the pants from my original concept. Made the shrug a bit larger as well. Also changed up her hair for a mohawk transitioning into a single braid look that I think fits the style of the skin better.
Got some time to work on her again! Gave her hands some much needed attention, started to block in her final hair, flipped her pants around for a more asymmetrical look, and got her boots blocked out.
Finally got some time to work on this again. Stupid school. Hair is done and starting to get into more details in the clothes. Thank god for Thanksgiving break!

Retop done, brought it into marmoset to check out how it looked in decent lighting. Now to uv! She's 7223 tris sans her weapons so far!
Got her AO baked, think it's looking good, probably going to combine it with a cavity map to make things pop a bit more. Then texture time!
