Okay, so I know the traditional type uses Diffuse, specular, reflection, gloss etc. etc. I want to know what kind of maps does PBR system use and how to create those?. Thanks!
For me the easiest is Albedo/Roughness/Metalness/Normal/AO workflow. That means essentially you only have to worry about Albedo and Roughness, while metallness normal and ao comes from bakes and sometimes masks.
Since i have been working with PBR i highly, HIGHLY recomend Substance designer since you have a 3d viewport to check your maps constantly. This or have you model and textures loaded in Marmoset as you work. You need to check values constantly.
