Maya UV distortion display shader

Hello, my problem with Maya this time is about UV mapping.

When I resize things(keeping aspect ratio) and turn on the show distortion the map shows red, now I know that red/blue is bad, but I don't know how to resize it and still get no distortion :/

Here is an example, if i make this red pieces bigger it turns white like other things but then they'll take half of the UV space
