What i got so far, anyone know why when i save the iamge from photoshop it goes really dark n contrasty?
I used the marmoset brick texture atm so its not jsut grey will change it to my own texture later
Main thing that stands out to me right now is the door texture. I can't tell if you're going for some of the paint having faded/washed off/peeled off, or if that's supposed to be dirt. Your reference image makes me think it's supposed to be more dirt, but if that's the case I think you could benefit from spreading that dirt alongside the top of the bottom half of the "ring", collecting above it like in the reference. The outer ring of the blue door itself also seems remarkably clean and undamaged, despite being the part that would probably be subject to the most movement/contact with stuff/damage.
The brown wood around the door also feels really smooth and clean, I think you could safely afford to rough it up a bit and introduce some more color variation.
I think the wood on and around the door could do with a bit more material definition it looks pretty flat the wood on the bucket is looking much better. Just make sure the wood on the building is all the same kind too, it looks like you have 3 or 4 different wood tons really you only want one with maybe a different one for things like the good.
The bricks and stone wall below them look nice I would push everything else in the scene towards fitting into that art style and get it all to that standard.
I would suggest playing with the lighting a bit more, try adjusting the light size to soften up the shadows. Try turning that primary light intensity down a little bit, it looks like the color is washing out to yellow. Maybe try placing a few more subtle light sources to get some softer ambient light in there.
Thanks, ran out of time with submission only but will defo finish it once i get other projects done thanks for crits! will post again when i have time to change n improve
This final shot of it, had to finish of other textures b4 i could tweak the others ones n ran out of time
