Just Starting Out

My brother and I just bought Quixel Suite but there is not Documentation on getting started in the Basics. That I have seen so .. I need some help here

I looked on Youtube there is stuff out there but looks complex to me ..I am looking for some simple tutorials that I can do

So I can get the hang of it ....in other words HELLLPPP ..lol
