It's not bad, but there are some things that could be improved.
-For a 2k texturemap, you have some very blurred spots on your model (for eg the grip).
-There are also some smoothing / baking errors going on (http://i.imgur.com/PpLrDRR.png, the black edges). Make sure you have different smoothing groups / hard edges in your geometry on the edges that are seams in your UV's.
-Did you create a highpoly? If so, you should have ways softer edges in your model. That'll give better results when baking the normalmap.
-There is some pinching going on in the bulletchamber. That is either an error in your highpoly which is now visible in the normalmap, or a smoothing error in the lowpoly model.
It looks like the overall shape of barrel is wrong and in the pic the grip at the rear extends past the handle where you have it stop before. Also the actual revolver chamber is alot smaller then what you got

Could you show the wires?
The gun looks quite low poly. This is very noticeable in the cylinder grooves.
