Full disclosure though, I'm still using MS4 EX (I think you can still buy it for $24 more or less). If you combine it with Krita, it's actually pretty good combo if you also have to color or paint your line work. Even with the high res templates MS uses Krita brushes can work smoothly. Just enable the opengl setting.
