Ndo and Ddo will not launch

Every time I run Ndo or Ddo the suite just restarts and brings up the updater. Also when I run Ndo.exe the loading graphic appears but the program crashes. I have re-installed three times and the problem persists. I am on Windows 7 and I am using photoshop cs6 x64 English.

It looks like the same issue, I bought license, but I even cant launch it

Any ideas? I tried this http://quixel.se/usermanual/quixelsuite/doku.php?id=install, but it did not help.

My configs:
Win 8.1
Quixel Suite 1.4
Adobe Photoshop CS6

Steps to reproduce:
1. Launch Quixel Suite -> Suite is running and Photoshop is launching
2. Photoshop is launched
3. Click on DDO -> Quixel Suite closed after a few seconds

Before that I have problem that Quixel could not find Photoshop location and I had to set it every time.

Any suggestion?

Hi guys!

Really sorry to hear about your troubles, but lets try to get you up and running!

im not sure how much of this you´ve already tried but I´ll just run through the most comon fixes and we´ll take it from there.

- Run both the Suite and PS as admin
- If you´re on a 64 bit system run the "Suite.exe" From Quixel\SUITE\x64\bin\Release
- 1.4 version promts to update java, if you havent done so already install latest version!

Does the troubles still persist?

Thanks for replying Eric, unfortunately the solutions you provided did not fix the issue. Another bit of information about the problem is that 3do does launch but with a photoshop error 'system_ComObject does not contain a definition for 'doJavaScript'. Other than that Ndo and Ddo do not launch

My feedback is that suggested solutions is not working for Photoshop CS6, but when I installed Photoshop CC trial everything have become fine.

2dkot's solution has worked! I updated to photoshop CC and Quixel suite works perfectly.
