After years of keeping my head in the game and constantly working i finally found a job in 3d. I graduated 3 years ago and have had some freelance and random things but never stopped practicing.
I wanted to thank everyone at polycount who helped me out over the years with techniques and positive mentality - especially ZombieWells. I'm In chicago and will be moving with my wife to Virginia (Newport News) to work at Keybridge who does sims for the military asa 3d modeler. Nervous as hell but excited to finally start

ha yea i've been looking at weather i'm like lol average of like 30 degrees is winter, up here that is spring lol. Chicago winters are 10-20 inch of snow every week and -20 lol.
Only thing i will miss is hockey, played my whole life. Going to have to bring some blackhawk pride with

yea was checking tickets , can go to DC and watch Cap vs Hawks. Is hockey big in that area? I know caps are much better now so i imagine its pretty big over there as well
Love this news!
Congrats man! When I was in DC a couple years ago (HUGE Hockey fan myself, grew up playing and still do, go Kings!) I went to a Caps game. Pretty nice stadium, not so nice parking most of the time, but was good fun. Worth the drive IMO, especially for some 'chel games.
