They're not. I accepted adding some noisiness for getting a higher resolution view from a distance. I did this by turning off mip mapping and antialiasing sampling. It came out looking crisper, but introduced some noise. In game, with the properly adjusted mip maps, they look great.
It would probably be a good idea for boosting sales to try to come up with a city section using your buildings. A facade of buildings or something similar, probably with a low fov camera pointing a bit to the sky as to not have to have to come up with a solution for the ground.
@amamrtinez - You read my mind already, am working on a small diorama for the Unity asset store and my own page. It will be cool for the portfolio as well, so good on all fronts.
I went ahead and added a new building this morning, before I submit. For some OCD reason I felt better with the even number of (12) buildings total.
These look pretty great. I did a city modular set recently for a class project myself. Only thing I would add would be some more pillar/wall elevation type pieces for less flat buildings. Are you selling the set as the building already pieced together, or as the individual modular pieces??
These are a set of 12 buildings pre-assembled. I've already got a modular city kit on the store now, so I'm doing something a little different with these.

Yeah there was a method to my madness. I was testing these viewing in a Unity build on my Samsung Galaxy S2. I noticed some of the buildings' bricks weren't reading too well, so I scaled down the UVs and they just appeared better on the small screen. I stuck with it after seeing that it looked good on device.

Edit: nice idea by the way.

The city shots do show the full potential for a potential user.
