Hide title bar in 3ds max 2012?

Has anyone figured out how to hide the title bar in 3ds max? Also the yellow outline around the selected viewport? I've managed to get rid of everything else.

They're just minor annoyances, but annoying nonetheless.

That screenshot is in expert mode I'm using 2012, maybe it's different in other versions?
