Does Suite come with Mega Scans ?

I'm confused, i was just told by a rep that Megascans is not included ? But when i purchased the suite a month a go its literally in the description

To answer the question, no, it doesn't. Although I agree it could be more precise on the product page, it's quite clear on the purchase page, and has said the same thing (quoted below) at least since mid-July. I'm sure of that, since back then I considered buying the suite (in spite of already having my workflow set up with alternative tools) just to get a look at the MegaScans Starter Kit - since MegaScans itself wasn't - and still isn't - out or even in beta yet:
