Feedback for Demos or Questions about 3D jobs in games

Hi there,
I wanted to create a place where Beginners to 3D Art for games could ask for feedback and learn. I have given a lot of feedback to people through the years mainly focused on 3D environments/props and thought rather then do 1 to 1's I would create a place where more people could learn from the feedback.
I have created a youtube channel as the outlet for this feedback/information
So if you would like your demo reviewed feel free to post with your link. Please note that by sending me your link and asking for a review you are agreeing to let me post a video review containing images of your work.
Also if you have any questions about 3D in the games industry job roles, how to model, how to texture, what is the general atmosphere of a games studio, how do you learn 3d (formal vs home training), what to consider in a interview ......any question feel free to email me and I will address as many as possible. Again this is for Beginners so keep this in mind when posting your questions.
