Can you put taunts on the workshop yet?

Hi guys I've been out of the TF2 loop for a few months. I remember a blog post saying that they're going to let us submit taunts animations. Has that been done? Is it through SFM?

There's a beta taunt importer which I haven't used myself. Choose item type as taunt in the in-game item importer to see the tool.
