I would like to know if its possible to import a part of the Dota 2 map to 3dsmax or any 3D software in any format (preference for FBX).
It seems that it's possible to extract props etc... from the game but I would like to avoid reconstructing the map inside 3dsmax...

It seems that GCFScape offers the possibility to extract one by one assets, but is it possible to extract a part of the map ? I mean with all object with exact position.
It contains the whole map, believe it was used for a cinematic or something.
I am currently working on shaders for static lightmapped objects and I need assets for testing purpose.
I thought about using the Dota 2 map or at least a part of it. But I don't want to spend to much time at creating it again inside a 3D software.
That's why I would like to know if it's possible to export the map or a part of it and import it inside a 3D software.
