Imported weapons does not show up

Hello guys, today I finished a dragon knight sword(yes late for august competition 
)
There was a problem while importing the sword to dota. I correctly used the bones, scale, textures etc. However, the item doesn't show up in the test screen.
Then I decided to import one of my older sets again, to see that if the problem was about the new sword. And boom, the old working and uploaded model also didn't show up. So I decided to check the game files, verify integrity of game cache. It doesn't reinstall any file, and no, the problem was still there.
Any ideas why this could happen ? I also don't have the workshop tools alpha installed on this pc right now. And used the ingame workshop submission tab.
