Unity and skyshop with Tortoise SVN

Hi we are trying to work with Unity and Tortoise SVN everythinh is ok when Commit but plugin MArmoset skyshop didnt work on Commit scene , only work good in Computer when was set up.

Can somebody help what to Catalog add to Commit in svn program ?
