Ironbelly, I find that most knowledge is not limited per platform and can easily apply to others.
Cry Engine 3:
I have build quite a few portfolio scenes with it and know how to set up shop when it comes to art, I have never worked with functionality however.
Unity:
I have developed various scenes for a smaller game and know my way around.

Expert, I have read most of the documentation as well as worked with most of its systems by now. If its animation, particles, UI, blueprinting, setting up art. I can work with code but I'm still learning.
