I'm not sure what I'm looking at, it might help to indicate what each picture is. I'm guessing the first image has a sculpt on the right side? If that is so, I'd recommend working to make it more closely resemble the real thing. Don't worry about presentation right not. How did you reference this? Did you look at many real life tanks? The model is very warbly. I'm not sure what the dark cloud-like shapes are. There is a lot to work at but if this is your first baking project, that's OK. Keeping working on the high poly tank. :icon60:

excellent job on the model, although the texture could in fact use some work. Keep up the progress!

I know it does not seem real, I'm just new on High Polys, the mesh is a tank of World War I, a prototype made by the Germans, then he really has few details, my reference was one BluePrint, I sought some other on materials and styles of tank treads, about the figures, left and bottom are the low poly renders with maya software, right and up is also low Poly mapped to the process of baking rendered with mental ray, Normal Map, Specular and AO it is also my first work completed Poly High, thanks for your answer, not thinking about realism, the work is bad, acceptable or good ?? Horrivel is also an option xD

Its a start, its where you are at right now. Everyone is new to high poly modeling at some point so keeping modeling, and keeping looking at other game artists threads to learn from what they are doing as well. Sometimes you can learn a lot that way. Don't be afraid to post your work earlier on in the process either. :)

I would try making most of your surfaces perfectly flat, and then doing the wear only in smaller concentrated areas, such as impact points and mud splatters. As is, the normal map makes the surface look more like clay instead of metal.

Try also picking a reference of a tank and following that as close as you can. Get the basics down first. Things such as proportion and how different parts of the tank interact with each other. Only do details after you have a solid block out that has correct proportions. It can save you all kinds of headaches later.
