I have a video that visualizes the problem. If you notice, the right foot joint is jittering all over the place when I move it on the Z axis. That is not suppose to happen.
Is there a reason why it is doing this? And is it possible to fix it after completing the rig?

Edit: I don't know why this fixed it. But I clicked on the "Set as pref Angles" and that fixed the problem.
