3DS Max turbosmooth not smoothing

Turbosmooth is only working on some edges and not all of them. I just want all these edges to be curved.







You'd think they weren't welded but they are.

did you change your edge weight..try selecting all edges and setting the weight to 1.crease to 0

I'm afraid that didn't work but thank you for the suggestion.
I've reset xforms, reopened Max, put it all in to a new file too and nothing. The only thing that works is deleting the problem edges and remaking them but I may as well just rebuild the entire damn thing. I need a solution!

Did you try converting to editable mesh then back to editable poly?
