Ways to lock 3dsMax files?

So google hasn't been a help, so thought maybe someone on here might know.
Is there a way to lock a 3ds max file? I know in theory I could zip it up and password protect that, but I was looking for something that might enable a client to open the file and view it, but couldn't save it, edit it, or export it as another format. Exporting it for viewing in a real time browser based viewer isn't an option either.

Client should have some current browser version, but thats all
Though you can't have a private file with the free version ( i think everyone can browse to it than ), so this would cost ....
