It became terribly apparent to me that cutting to just three people was never going to be an easy task, with that in mind and because i really hate anything that sounds like hard work I have taken on seven people for this daft idea of mine.
One group of four and one group of three. I'm going to run this in two blocks of ten weeks: October through to mid December and then January through to mid March.
we still have to work out who is in which group yet but the people involved are:
congratulations guys, lets make some awesome characters!
Again, my apologies to anyone that wasn't picked, the response was greater than I ever would of imagined, and thank you all for taking the time to apply and educating me on how many promising character artists there are lurking the boards of polycount.
the first group thread will go live in the next few weeks so that we can get some reference boards up and out into the wild, but for now I have concepts to seek permission for and other stuff to organise
Edit* seeing as this is an anniversary thread I thought I would mention that I have been in the industry for three years today....yay me and all that bollocks
