Hi,
Is there really no simple way to duplicate and deform a mesh along a spline, to create rails, roads etc? I remember it as being super easy in UE3, and now in UE4 I just plowed through 1h of tutorials of setting up expressions in blueprints, and still not having something useful.
Am I missing something obvious?

but, sounds like you might be trying something more customized or procedural? Can you post what you've already tried as far as other tutorials?
